A Lively Work/Life Discussion

Is sure to take place tonight on the HR Happy Hour radio show:

Why?  Because the hosts Steve Boese and Shauna Moerke have invited Chris Ferdinandi and I on and we are pretty passionate about this subject.  I know some of you are to, so please call in and let’s all talk about it.

Things I hope we get to discuss:

• The word “balance” – we need to stop using it.
• Work/life flexibility is different for all.  There isn’t a quick/easy solution
• It’s not about mommies!
• ROWE – I like it…but it doesn’t work for everyone and it’s just one way to offer flexibility
• Flexibility for hourly workers

And finally is the corporate work world shifting and becoming more flexible or am I just delusional.
