One of the things I appreciated most was their recognition that telecommuting has been the major focus for govt., but there were other creative ways to look at solving these issues. “and gets paid overtime for more than 40 hours of work” or if you’re in California, overtime is paid for working more than 8 hours in a day. ;-)
