		<description>Thank you for this post, Leanne. I also can&#039;t imagine not having the option of working flexibly, even after my kids are out of the house. Not only are there so many life needs that crop up during business hours, but I don&#039;t want to work for anyone who values my butt in the chair more than the results of my work.</description>

I agree with much of what you said. I do want to add this to the mix, though! I am very thankful for people who don&#039;t want flextime or flexible jobs or workplace flexibility. There are a lot of jobs that are not a smooth fit with flexibility and I prefer that the people who take those jobs be the ones who don&#039;t consider flexibility to be high on their list. That way, I can keep my flexible job while they work to the beat of the clock. Just my two cents here.</description>
